Living in Miami since 1980 and loving every minute of it. RainMaker of The Olmedo Group, former ALC member of KW Coral Gables, 5X BOLD graduate, part of the teaching faculty (Business By The Book - SHIFT) for FES (Florida Educational Services). Have two degrees from Florida International University (BA & MA) in Education which allows me to explain processes and expectations very well and has helped me a great deal in this industry. Specializes in the Neighborhoods of: Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables, Palmetto Bay, Kendall, Homestead & Cutler Bay. Grew from a single agent to owning a small team, was also the Productivity Coach of a Market Center in Kendall all while still in production.
